I pre-ordered explorer's Edition on Iam8bit when it was announced, can't wait!

I did not pre order the game but I am looking forward to find out more about it once it finally releases. If it happens to be good I might go ahead and buy it. But I feel like the game set pretty high standards and so created a lot of high expectations which might not be met after all.

I agree 100% here. I expect a lot of disappointment over this title, and will be happily proven wrong and will purchase it after the verdicts come in. I'm expecting a "it was fun for the first couple hours, then everything starts to feel the same even though its all procedurally generated."

We shall see though smile.gif Almost there!

Is this more like Skyrim in space, or Minecraft in space? I was hoping for another open world sandbox game in 3D but I don't know if this game is it or not? Either way I'll probably get it at some point.

It is more or less what you have described. An open world 3D exploration game set in space.

Hey guys, I'm really interested in this game. I want your opinion if my rig can run this fairly well? Pretty sure the processor and GPU are up to the task, I'm just worried that the minimum amount of RAM is gonna kill it.

Minimum:
OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64-bit versions)
Processor: Intel Core i3
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: nVidia GTX 480, AMD Radeon 7870
Storage: 10 GB available space

Mine (sig rig)
- GTX 670
- i5 3570k
- 8GB RAM
