Iffy.

My opinion would be a blower, so that all the hot air gets shot out the back of the PC, especially if you have two GPU's. If you had just one, and some good airflow, maybe then the Open Style. But still leaning towards the blower style.

from what ive read in sli/crossfire situations in sff cases blower is recommended

Hey!
Was wondering if case labs will ever be looking into the famous "compact splash" case.
This case was very rare and very limited. I believe only 105 of them were made and then they were stopped.
This case has received a-lot of love and even people today want this case really badly including myself.

The colors/features of the case, power led switch color choice, engraved initials of your choice on the back of the case, black smoked acrylic option, fill port option, etc ... were also great.

This mini-itx case was simply perfect for it's size for water cooling a mini-itx build & was made specifically for this reason.
The website is still up and running to see options that were offered with the case and example pics of how it was meant to be built inside of.

I was really hoping that due to the cancellation of this case if case labs can possibly contact "compact splash" and re-make/re-sell that case from case-labs themselves it would be a dream come true! smile.gif
Is this a possibility?

Thanks!

New psu cables that take up far less room and are super flexible so i have even more room in the basement of the BH7, the 8pin power is a little short though so need to order another.

But you'll probably want to stuff two d5 pump combos in there and be asking how it's all gonna fit 😝

Nova is pretty small to watercool in extra 2-3 inches H and D are well used

Kyle came up with a unique and well executed design that has received kind of a "cult like" status which is pretty cool. I'm sure he's proud of that. I don't even know if he or the CS community would want to change that by having more made. Everyone here knows how I feel about "borrowing" designs wink.gif so a formal agreement would have to be reached. I think one of the limitations was the price point (which I completely understand) would have to come in significantly lower and that would mean making some changes. Whether or not buyers would accept that is an open question.

Our R&D schedule is pretty full as it is, so it would be hard to imagine this happening.

Hmm something just occurred to me - is the PCI cage the same part as the Mercury series?

Our R&D schedule is pretty full as it is, so it would be hard to imagine this happening.

A simple poll if made by you would pretty much sum up the amount of love you would see from people wanting the compact splash case to be executed once more.
A few minor changes here and there I doubt would effect the amount of people wanting this case.

I understand that borrowing a idea for a case is not ideal although the only reason you would be doing it is b/c the original designer has stopped production for it despite more people still craving to have one.

If you simply posted a poll for compact splash case which stated how many people would be interested in buying it from case labs you will see the amount of people that are interested & the amount of love towards you for it aswell.

Maybe this is a-lot to ask for but just a simple poll from you can help you decide very easily if it's worth it.
