[Crossover 27V & 27100Q & 27 Fast 144]: 27" Matte 60, 100 & 144hz 1440p AHVA with Free-Sync - Page 22

Got my 27V yesterday (2 weeks after paying). For some reason the seller (storewithstory) wrote 400$ on the package, although i bought it for 285€/320$ (germany).
I had to pay more 19% tax and also the customs took 15%, for no reason. I am hoping to get my 70€ i paid to much back.

Otherwise i am very happy. No serious backlight bleeding and wasn't able to find dead pixels. Nice colors, no ghoasting.

34-60Hz FreeSync range. Not sure if i will take the time to overclock it. Will report back, if i will do so.

My buddy is trying to order the Pixio from amazon.com (390$) to germany with free shipping. Will update here soon.
Otherwise you can get the Pixio for 450$ shipped on ebay (again shipped from USA) here in germany.

Wootware will probably charge the same if not more at end of the day.

There are a couple of Crossover 27 144 fast ebay sellers who still ship to SA for free

My guess is that Wootware will come in somewhere just above the personal import cost. I'm willing to pay a small premium for their warranty and help etc.

While ebay claims "Ships to South Africa", all the sellers I messaged said they "do not ship to Africa", not even expedited shipping.

But yeah, the Pixio seems legit. Genuinely aimed at guys who used to own OC'ed QNIX monitors ^_^

Overclocked with CRU to 75Hz and no extra Freesync range needed. It set itself to 34-75 automatic now.

That was really fast (10 minutes) and easy.

Can recomment this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLAKek2lHHs

One thing to notice: you can't set 4 different refresh rates, or Freesync will not work.
Like: 60, 65, 70,75 will result in not working Freesync.
I did: 60,70,75 and Freesync is working now.

EDIT:
I have some problems. Got artifacs at random refresh rates sometime i switch the tasks. Open GTA -> artifacs. Back to destop and it works. Back in GTA still works. Back at destop artifacs.

At every refesh rate except 60.
Any help? I use a 3m Displayport 1.2 kabel. GPU: RX480

If it can't overclock then it can't overclock, not really anything you can do about it.

It works 99% of the time at the destop. And if not i can set the Hz to 60 and back to 75 and it is back working.

Only major problem is GTA. But i just set the refresh rate in GTA to max 60 and now it works there aswell.

Updated the thread with the Crossover 27100Q since Playwares just reviewed it. The 27100Q also has nearly perfect color presets, can be considered delay free, supports AMD Free-Sync (75hz) or 100hz (Nvidia cards or overclock) and has competitive pixel response times similar to other non-TN 1440p monitors.

Hi, just ordered a monitor from ebay, and it was supposed to be the 2795. The price was $280 with shipping (pixel perfect).
Got the monitor a few days ago and on the package it says Crossover Adobe RGB. So i obviously got the wrong screen?!

Here are some pictures of the screen i recieved:

Now the question is, have I been ripped off? I know nothing about this screen, but it runs smooth at 76hz with no backlight bleed or dead pixels.
Looks great too. Should I just keep the screen or should i try and exchange it for the 2795?

Thanks!

That monitor supports the adobe rgb colorspace so in non color management aware applications the colors are gonna be wrong.
There could be a option to simulate srgb color space but i don't think the crossover has that.
But if you are fine with non accurate color in standard apps you can always use it with photoshop, sai, gimp etc.

Which one has lowest input lag? 27V or 27100Q?

Do they support integrated i7 4770 gpu (HD4600)?

Hi im going to buy new monitor , my gpu is gtx 1060, but wondering is it worth to pay 70$ more to 27100Q or just buy 27v ?

They've different ips? Can't just oc 27v to 100hz nvidia?
