4690 reaching high temps.

4690 (non K) on stock clocks using the stock intel cooler is reaching 95c-100c on less than 40% load. I know the stock intel cooler is bad, but this is infuriating. Heatsink is clean, it is mounted properly. Only thing I've not done is reseat the thing (Have no extra TIM at the moment).

Is this a new build? Or is this an old build and your temps have just been creeping up over time?

I would definitely try reseating the cooler if you can get access to some more thermal paste. Those temps do seem really high.

Yeah that is what I'm thinking.
