After my last post I tried it out. I'm very impressed with the results. It made the process much easier. Here is the link from Mouser where I bought it. I tried it with both MOLEX brand and non MOLEX brand connectors, and the results were the same. I do prefer the MOLEX brand connectors though. The covers on the MOLEX brand connectors are better designed.

I have two EK Coolstream XE-480's. Probably not since I'm using Caselabs rad mounts. They don't make 560 rad mounts for the STH10 for the top compartment unless you MOD it. Their 560 rad mount does fit in the bottom compartment. If you want to use 560's all around then consider their new THW10 case.

Working on cabling and sleeving which is been s low process for me. Here are some updated pics.

Looks super clean! Love me a nice and neat cable job. I was going to do full custom length cables for my build when I switched cases but got lazy and went to extension route...now I'm regretting it

1. You can crimp the sleeving with the pins
2. Much tighter sleeve for 16-18 gauge wire
3. no more burnt fingers for heat shrinkless sleeving.
4. Professional and beautiful results.

Here is one I made next to a precrimped wire I bought from Primochill for comparison.

The cable I made in the pics is a MOLEX to SATA power for my Aquaero 6XT

1
There is no such thing as a molex connector. Molex is a company that makes connectors and pins. The connector in question is actually designed by AMP and is called a MATE N LOK 4 pin

2
If you are using pwm Fans with external power source you should be fine ( aka a PWM splitter ) however if you are powering your fan's from the aquaero you may want to go direct to psu.the sata connector can not take the same amps (4 amps lower iirc ) then the fat 4 pin

3
Have you seen aquacomputer new pwm/Aquabus splitters and usb hub? They are pretty cool
They even listened to feedback from ocn-aquaero-owners-club and made then have jumpers that enable/ disable rpm pound so they could be for either fan splitter or aquabus. I think anyway have not had took to look fully but that was just a quick glance

Not sure if you were referring to the insertion tool or the inline connectors as not being made by MOLEX, but they carry the MOLEX brand name. That said they are the best made connectors I've found. As you see in the third picture, they actually have a part number, and are labeled MOLEX I/O connectors.

I have not had any issues with my fans pulling power from My Aquaero which is being powered by the SATA/USB hub. I took a second look of the power specifications pertaining to the Aquaero and SATA power. I agree that the Aquaero might be to much for SATA power.

I have seen the new USB and Aqua port/ fan hub from Aquacomputer. Their also listed for sale on the international site.

Subbing for the ride. Definitely like all the extra little detail work that's been put into the case/build so far!

Just a quick update. I've been busy lately so I have been putting this project aside. Today I finally finished all the Aqua bus cables for my Aqua Computer components. The last thing I need to do before I'm finished is make eight USB cables, also for the Aqua computer components, and zip tie the cabling and that's it. Everything else is finished.
