yeah i bought the hotlines but i'm worried about sensor resolution if its higher up now.
As I said before, the sensor resolution is fine up to 0.9mm. Hotline games feet are 0.6mm.
There is some leeway in height.

Dont worry, 0.6 hotlines are perfectly fine, i used mousetester and got the same results with stock feet and 0.6mm and i didnt notice any difference in sensor performance while gaming, i think even 0.7mm will be fine however i had some problems with 0.8mm ms-3 hyperglides(mainly due to extremely low LOD but i could still game fine). I'm not an expert by any means, my opinion is purely based on gameplay and mousetester plot comparisons, maybe im wrong from a technical standpoint.

Guys, what does the button under the On/Off switch on the under side do? Don't have the box with manual with me at the moment.

Changes the profile wink.gif

Edit: it actually cycles through them, to be exact

I see, thanks. No wonder i was confused - i only have 1 profile saved on the mouse.

How's everyone charging it? I'm thinking of in terms of maintaining battery life quality the most.
Do you guys wait for it to discharge to the max (like 5%) every time or just plug it in daily no matter what percentage is left?
Not sure what's the general rules on maintaining non-removable Li-ion batteries.

NO!! NEVER EVER intentionally discharge the battery!!

Lithium Ion batteries are rated for TOTAL usage time. This means that letting a battery discharge fully just wears down the life hours on it. So just use it normally as you would, or just keep it wired (which keeps it at 100%). Also the discharge leak rate is very low. If you charge it to 100% and then store it somewhere unplugged, it will say 85% or 93% remaining, but it's actually 100%, which you will notice, if you disable all of the LED lighting, it will say "32 hours remaining" even though it says 85%, and will go quickly back to 100% if plugged in.

It was the old NiCad batteries that you had to fully discharge before letting them sit idle.

Okay, i see. Yeah i saw that happening as i also have all the LEDs disabled.

Do you think turning mouse off with the On/Off switch every time its not in use, PC off or even small breaks/AFK, will matter to the battery life or it is so small it mostly likely won't matter in the long run?
Also should i turn it off even when its connected but PC is off the power? Does it matter?

Just use the mouse normally and enjoy. No need to get OCD about stuff like that thumb.gif
