Well I moved it to RTS... It is not a RTS like starcraft but honestly that game seems to be closes to a RTS game.

Today's recommendation is The Banner Saga. I'm a sucker for games with great story and atmosphere, and this one has both to spare. It's a rather short game, but one I've found myself going back to play another 2 times since buying it.

Since I've been slacking with the recommendations, if you'd like a game with bit more flash and shiny stuff, I'll happily recommend Warframe. It's gotten quite a bit of publicity over the years, but it's still an indie game, and some people might not have heard of it yet. Steam tells me it's the game I've spent the most time on in my entire library, which by itself is a standout recommendation. Not all of that time was actually spent playing - you tend to spend quite a bit of time in your own little hub area for various reasons, but I've certainly enjoyed my time with it. If does take some time to really get into it, I'd recommend at least playing the first few hours with a friend. Once you hit your stride in the game though, it's a game that makes it amazingly fun to just be able to log in and play a couple of games. The game doesn't do the best job of explaining itself at the start, so I'd definitely have a look at the wiki if there's something you're stuck on. It's worth the effort!

Well your vote for Banner Saga makes the recommendation to 2 under Turn Based Strategy thumb.gif

I always wanted to play that game and never bought it, however it is coming to Origin Access tomorrow and since I am a member, I will gladly download it and play biggrin.gif

Also added Warframe under Action Adventure. Let me know if it fits to another genre.

I always wanted to play Warframe to but I unfortunately have something against F2P games... Does the game force you to buy stuff?

Just a quick note, you've written "Metal Fatigue" as "Metal Fatique", with a Q instead of a G. It may make googling the title harder for anyone wanting to check it out smile.gif

Not at all, though it might give you that impression all the way at the start, buying things for platinum in the in-game store is actually the WORST and most inefficient way of acquiring most items. That's actually one of the reasons I said the game doesn't really explain itself well to new players in my previous post, most if not all of the items available in the game are actually quite easy to get by paying specific missions / killing specific bosses for it. The only thing that's a bit annoying about it that's a perfect example of typical free to play bull***** is the time it takes to craft items once you've gathered the items and / of blueprints for it. I've got well over 300 hours in the game, and I've spent maybe 10 euros in it so far, and I've never felt a need or desire to spend more, save to throw some money at the developers for a job well done. If you'd like a good first look at the game, look up YotalBiscuit's video about it on YouTube, it's called "My Warframe relapse". It does a very good job of highlighting where the game shines. His wife, Genna Bain, did a companion video on it highlighting some of the reasons why the game might not be for everyone, depending on what you're looking for. After watching those two videos, you should have a fairly good idea of what the game is, and whether it would be something for you.

As far as genres go, I'd class it as Action / third person shooter / space ninja simulator.

As for today's recommendation:

Divinity : Original Sin

It's a classic CRPG / Strategy RPG in the vein of Baldur's Gate or Neverwinter Nights.
It's got a very good story, interesting role playing and character building, and very enjoyable co-op.

I would like to recommend Running with Rifle. I just bought this game and it is awesome and want to make the community grow a bit more biggrin.gif.

here is a half hearted description of my first experience playing this game in the first map.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
I was playing as the greenbelts and we landed and made a base to fight the brownbelts. I was given the standard assault rifle with grenades and then was ordered to take control of the eastern beach. I then left the base and one of my AI ally ordered us to follow him so I did as soon as I followed him we saw enemies in front of us he was gunned down immediately since we had no cover to hide. I was emotionally distraught as my first friend for just a couple second in the army was just shot to death in front of me. I returned fire and killed 3 people immediately but before I could make a run for it I saw a green circular object thrown at me. Then one of my ally nearby yelled out "OMG Grenade!".....BOOM I was dead blown away to nothing. After a few seconds of recovering from my PTSD I regain my composer and spawned again reborn into a new man. I wasn't going to let anyone else died I soon found out however that was not going to be possible as we slowly took control of the eastern beach we lost a few man. We soon gain control of the eastern beach and were given orders to finally push into the city and take control of the eastern district. We were told to take no prisoner. We slowly push into the city and soon got into the middle of the city our steady advancement into the city soon came to a halt as our troops started fighting out in the open and enemies were attacking us from the top of the buildings and from sandbags and makeshift walls. as we begin losing more troops I threw a grenade at the enemy that was standing behind the sandbag killing them instantly I made a run for it and was immediately picked off by enemy fire. As soon as spawn again I went to the same location no1 had taken cover at the sandbags yet so I threw my 2 grenades at the enemy making sure no1 was able to fire at me. I made my way to the sandbags and attempted to provide cover fire for my allies soon the enemy seeing my positioning was giving them problems started throwing grenades at me. I had to leave I manage to hide behind a car and started firing from there. Soon 4 of my allies started rallying around me and they started grouping near the sandbags I requested that they change position as there are too many there they wouldn't listen to someone with a lower rank and the enemy threw a grenade and killed them. I then saw that I was too deep now enemies were soon creeping up from behind me as well. I requested reinforcement from HQ and they said ok. I wasn't expecting them to send 4 people parachuting into my location. They were all mow downed by the enemy as soon as they landed. I cried yet again as I lead them to their death with my request. But with their death they bought me enough time to take out the enemies that were behind me and I manage to run back to allied territory as soon as I got back our soldiers were finally moving out again this time we are sending out a tank and a truck I thought to myself "why didn't they come out sooner?" but I ignored it as a soldier I just have to fight and follow orders. Soon I return to the battlefield the tank and truck were a great help to our forces as they increased our firepower and cover however we soon had a dilemma a road to straight ahead and a road to the right of our positioning; both were in the open without much hiding spot and not enough room for the tank and truck to go together, Allies in the truck soon decided they weren't going in the truck anymore and got out. We all started following the tank however enemy started firing from the buildings and this time they were more heavily fortified. The enemy fired motar rounds at us and soon hit the tank. Our only form of heavy fire was taken out we had no choice we had to fight or retreat. I decided that we were too deep now we cant back out. me and a friendly soldier hide behind the tank while another hid to the side 2 were prone in the open and started firing. The last friendly attempted to climb a ladder to the top of the building he was gunned down. The 2 proned friendlies were also gunned down the friendly next to me requested reinforcement I too radioed for reinforcement once they arrived 2 started advancing like crazy to the enemy and the rest of us provided covering fire as we were providing covering fire an enemy threw a grenade to our location behind the tank. I was the only that noticed it and manage to get away from it the other 2 were killed. I yelled out u filthy bastard! and killed the enemy that threw the grenade. I reposition myself behind a tree and noticed that the 2 guy that were advancing had died. I thought to myself "those 2 idiots". After staying their for a while friendlies arrived and we started advancing into their fortification. I begin repositioning myself when I was sniped by a sniper I groaned at how all my hard work had gone to waste. I spawned went back to base and equip myself with a vest and a heavy machine gun thinking it might help us win the battle once and for all. I returned to the battlefield drove a truck with my rank now increased I was able to have a squad of 4 they weren't the smartest guys but they were what was given to me and ill make do with them soon I we were about to pass the truck that was left behind when I notice that their were lots of enemy soldiers around then suddenly it hits me. Our soldiers weren't able to hold the position while I was gone and now the enemy has regrouped it was too late enemies 2 enemy PG-90 (4 passenger Jeeps) along with the enemy soldiers that were already there started firing into the truck I stopped the truck and reposition my truck with the other truck into a V. I got out as well as my squad. the squad member on the passenger side was gun downed had nowhere to hide and we couldn't help him anyway. As we waited for the enemies to come to up 1 of the friendlies was restless and started firing at the enemy as he continues to fire we just waited and waited then I heard a "BOOM" I looked over and saw that it was a damn tank! I thought out a strategy where I will throw a grenade at the tank and that should blow up the tank. As soon as it got into range I prepped a grenade and then threw it. I never expected what would happen next..... The grenade hit the truck and bounce back to me. We probably have 2 seconds to react to it. I ordered my squad members to get out but none of them listened we all died as soon as the grenade exploded. Even if we did survived the grenade the explosion from the 2 trucks would've killed whoever survived. I then repsawned and sold my MG for the AR again and after 100s of enemy killed 1000s of friends killed and 100s of deaths we finally captured the eastern district. We were then given orders to capture the shopping district we easily captured to shopping district due to less fortification and less enemy resistance. We were then ordered to take control of the docks. The battle for the docks were back and forth with enemy fighting from the front and the ditch. I went Rambo and went behind enemy lines I drew enough fire power that we were slowly taking control of the dock and soon reinforcement came to help me. I was behind some trees and so were the enemy as soon as we had control of the dock and enemy threw a grenade at me I didn't notice and died. I grinned to myself and said well done well done you won the battle for your allies. However HQ had something else in mind they want us to capture the Villa I spawned myself again and begin my solo operation as no1 else has reached the villa yet. I hid behind some rocks and opened fired on the enemy I killed a guy and soon the enemy returned fire. I soon found myself climbing a hill as I begin making my up there. Once I was within sight the enemy begun firing at me. They had the advantage, more man, positioning and firepower. I took out a few that came out of the opening but it was futile the enemies were slowing creep up from the sides and soon I will be surrounded so I made the decision to retreat I started spraying covering fire and retreating. The enemies replied in kind with throwing grenades at me I dodge them all and got back to safety however when I finally realized it it was too late. An enemy sniper was to my right and when I noticed him he didn't hesitate with one shot to my head I was dead. Soon reinforcement came and we started crawling up the hill it was D day all over again as our troops were continuous mowed down. I decided I need to gather a troop of 7 men once I did we scaled a wall to get into the villa once we were in position we open fired on the enemy. They weren't giving up and returned fire taking down 3 of my squad members. I requested additional reinforcement and HQ sent them soon we gathered were preparing to pushing when everything near us started exploding. The enemies has setup C4's and they were hell bent on taking us with them. I didn't want to die so I sent my squad ahead of me once we finally took control of the villa 3 additional members were killed by C4s. I soon was relief that I finished the map and finally won. Then I told myself get ready for the next map as I begin to wade in my sleep.
It took me 2.96hrs to finish this 1 map. the first map in the game....

Bruh, why isn't CS:GO recommended under the FPS category?
I would have to say Rainbow 6 Siege could be added. The game is pretty well done and very competitive and tactical quick rounds and quick matches. Only issue is most game modes tend to turn into first team to die loses instead of focus on the objective at hand. But overall a great game if your into tactical shooters and FPS pick it up on sale

Another would be one that has a love/hate with people The Division. If your into loot based games like Diablo and you also like Shooters then give this game a chance. I have a friend who is obsessed with Diablo and WoW and wasnt sure on this. he got it and hasnt stopped playing it for weeks. Good back story decent loot system so far and upcoming expansions on content.

Also have to put that shout-out to Rocket League as a change of direction. With friends this game is all out fun (a bit frustrating at times but really enjoyable). If youre looking for a sportesque game give this a look first you wont regret.
