A friend has offered to buy me a new tv to use as a monitor on my computer system. The budget is $200. I'm considering a 32" 4K UHD tv or an LED 1080P tv. What are the main differences and what benefits will I get out of each? Is it worth it to spend the extra money for a 4K seeing how I'm using it as a monitor? Can you get 4K from the internet or say Netflix? Or say a DVD in my computers DVD player?

Any advice greatly appreciated. I can find both for around the same price. Here are a couple choices. Although I have not researched this completely yet:
