240GB or 500GB M.2 PCI SSD?

So this may be a dumb question and vary but I have a 2TB storage drive so would a 250gb storage drive be good enough for windows 10 64bit? Or should I spend the extra $140 for the 500GB?

If you just want Windows on it, 250gb is more than enough.

Without too much data on OS partition 240 GB is enough. For something more 500 is better choice. I don't know if you can buy one sided 500GB M.2 stick. Easier to keep cool than double sided versions - it doesn't store heat under PCB in tight spaces.

Memory chips are only on one side.
