Not being put on the mini-map while firing is also a huge plus.

Can't wait to see some Rush footage.

I agree, DICE has added a ton of helpful features in BF: 1. It is like they actually listened to what the community wanted...

Hello Everyone,

Today I am bringing you another highly requested video from the YouTube channel "The Great War". Their first video was a huge hit with the community and this one will be as well. Although I would recommend not taking a look at the comments and taking a moment to remind yourself that Battlefield: 1 is a game that was made to be "fun". It was a never a game that was mean't to "simulate" a true WWI experience.

Enjoy!

Here are a few more videos from PlayStation LifeStyle but the videos are from the Alpha PC version.

Also, I know that there were some very bulky, and long guns back then, but I think some of the guns and your arms are sticking out way too much for this game. I find it a little distracting. Hopefully the final release will not be like this. Anyone else agree or is it just me?

I didn't notice until you guys pointed it out but it does have an "ultra wide angle" look to it, a bit distorted.

Haha never fear everyone. When you see images that look super "zoomed out" or "stretched" like that, it is because the player who recorded the video was playing with a very high FOV and weapon-model FOV. The arms and weapons look completely normal when playing at a lower FOV like 70, 80 or 90. I would say that the FOV in this photo is beyond 110.

Did 2 quick rounds. Disclaimer says not to post screenshots or video's for some reason, my name and id # is constantly on screen though, probably there way to kick me if I do.

Anyway ran fraps, was on z170 sig rig.

Game seems to play really well here. Gpu's even 2 or 3 years old will run it very very well I think.

Not too shabby for an alpha. Hoping it runs well on my GTX 1080 @ 3440x1440p.

That image looks like 90 FOV with a terrible gun / character model. It is very distracting.
