Don't worry guys, the Rival 200 is potentially on the horizon. They're probably just pushing this out first since the R200 will have the 3360 and they want to make sure every performance detail is perfect.
I mean...that has to be what's going on, right? ...right?
Just wanted to post it and then saw this. You beat me to it. But wow, doesn't look too good. The shape is okayish by the looks of it but the amount of buttons .. Could make it heavier than necessary. So let's see I guess
Edit: actually looks like a rival 300 with a lot of buttons, so makes sense I guess.

Yeah, I don't actually even like the sensei or really any of the steel series shapes though the kinzu is probably the best shape they make for me, but simple small light mice can't have good sensors. Its an unwritten rule of mouse design

I'm not really a fan of side buttons, I can use mice with them (in fact, most of my mice have side buttons) but I would prefer mice that don't have them. The G100s feels really "floaty" to me and the feet just feel like muck, the cord is just trash. The WMO was fine but it felt like really cheap, creaky plasticy...not good feeling. The OMB felt the same as well, so I just went back to my Kinzu v1, the sensor actually feels pretty decent, clicks are good, and my Sudden Attack has a really good feeling build to it.
I just can't find any mice like the Kinzu, the FK2/AM is too thin at the grip width, the G100s feels like general ilk but I don't mind the egg shape, and most other mouse clones are too big or too thin. I despise SS for screwing the v2/v3 up so royally.
No reason to support Steelseries anymore. They've obviously gone through a lot of management changes and lost what they were about. If they had released Sensei with 3310, it would have been 10x more popular than the Rival but they were too naive to. Now the people working at Steelseries are the same sort of people who have no idea what they're doing.
i got a white glossy new mouse in the mail today, thought it would a junk mouse, turns out its my new fav mouse of all time now lol, $36 on amazon redragon perdition, fits my hand perfect, and i had no idea how much i would love a glossy mouse... agh feels so good, super awesome grip no slipping like my matte crap. and since its white no fingerpints
That mouse could never even be decent imo. The sensor placement is extremely awkward and off to the left of the mouse and there is no where to put your thumb just to start out with.
TBH, that is at least one thing Steelseries got right on this mouse compared to other mmo mice. There is actually a place where it is plausible to put your thumb and not press buttons every time you lift the mouse.

Works fine for me, meh, I still like my Razer Naga Epic and Razer Naga 2014 though, and most people don't like those either. For $30 compared to the $100 steelseries will charge for this most likely, I am happy with my decisions, +1 for glossy mice, super super grippy I love it, why are more companies not doing full gloss mice is beyond me, my hand slides everywhere on my Naga 2014, lol

When using any Glossy White Plastic Mouse YES there will be dark skin particles left upon it's surface which actually become sticky over time.
You'll spend a lot of time cleaning the glossy shell from your dead skin unless of course, you are using a prosthetic
