Did your Y510p have SLI when you initially bought it, or was this a purchase you made after the fact?

It was originaly bought with second gt750m5 in bay - i bought it from second hand and was unable to enable SLI, so i tryed new bios whitch was the biggest misstake - so now iam not able to run with GK in BAY..

I tryed this one bioses and getting this error:
3.08 (stock) : unauthorized slave vga card is plugged in (When BAY is plugged in i cant do nothing, just shut down)
3.05 (stock) : unauthorized slave vga card is plugged in (When BAY is plugged in i cant do nothing, just shut down)
2.07 (stock) : just restarting withnout post, boot etc. do nothing (When BAY is plugged)

NTB Come with 1.07 version, everythink work well but no SLI option avayble.. So, now iam looking for 1.07 to flash it back, but nobody got it, or nobody dont want too send it to me..

Now the only way to use NTB is unplug BAY and watch the hole inside, so this is unusuable.

Did the laptop come from the factory with SLI enabled?

If it was not from the factory with SLI, you will not be able to get it to work. The second card is useless.

Have you tried updating slave vga bios as well? Of course with bios where you are able to boot

There is VGA within the BIOS and there is a separate vbios for the ultrabay.

The issue tends to be the motherboard BIOS cant recognize the ultra bay GPU if it didnt have it from factory.

To be correct there are 2 vga bios embedded in main bios one for sli and one for single card. Ultrabay bios was updated because in win 8.1 you were unable to enable sli.
