Your 980Ti SLI FS Extreme Score w/18,279 Graphics Score: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/6487183

1080 SLI FS Extreme Score w/23,324 Graphics Score: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/8643605

Same CPU, comparable Physics Score, but giving up 5K in Graphics Score is hardly "crap". Beats my TX SLI Graphics Score by 2600+ points.

No big loss really. There were only a handful of games that had significant positive scaling after 2 cards anyway.

So in actual fact nothing has changed from what I heard straight from the horse's mouth a month ago (I didn't see the thread right away). It makes me wonder where the guys that hosted the press meeting got their info xD

It seems odd to kill off 2+ sli when all these people are pushing 4k and VR

Poor scaling and an extremely small market. SLI is a tiny market to begin with, 4-way SLI is miniscule.

Does the new hb bridge actually improve the sli scaling like nvidia promised or was it all marketing tactics??
