The Little Big Bullitt - a caselabs bh4 Bullet build - Page 28

Hey Guys and Gals thumb.gif

Just got results from MRI scan done on Tuesday.
NOT great news unfortunately.
  • Fractured Tibia
  • Complete Proximal ACL Tear
  • High Grade Partial Proximal LCL Tear
  • Grade 1 Proximal MCL Tear
thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

50/50 whether or not surgery will be required, somewhat depends on the fracture according to the physio I just came from.
Got the insider early report from physio before the Orthopedic Specialist - now to the specialist to get his version of scan interpretation and how he thinks best to proceed.

eek.gif shetso...Bad news Fast. I hope no surgery would be required but sometimes that would be the best route in terms of speed and quality of the recover. Here sending good vibes to you mate and wishing a full and fast recover.

I was here finishing the drawings for the reservoir before hitting the sack when I saw your post Fast. I think can take this and the new divider plans to the acrylic shop tomorrow to get the plates I need. It will be a 444 ml reservoir. 210 mm in height and 84 mm in width and 40 mm in depth. Plates will be 5 mm thick each. A separate feet to bolt to the case is on the works...Off to bed I am. Good luck with the physician tomorrow mate.

Yeah...How are you mate BTW? Improving?

Just ordered a 1000 mm x 500 mm sheet of aluminum to make the new front. Was cheaper than buy a small piece. Will have some to spare.

That sucks fate! I have had two ACL tears on my left knee, surgery both times. Surgery is elective for ACL but since I am active duty US Navy, surgery was a must. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

Thanks Guys for thoughts and support thumb.gif
and to all those who PM'd me: cheers.gif

Specialist appointment one week from today - so a bit more sweating to go still before a verdict is delivered.
I bought a new leg brace today, which is much more comfortable than the hospital issued one.
Appears like the brace will be strapped on for quite a while, so may as well get one that is somewhat comfy.

Darned it - just polished up my shoes too.
Hope you're on the mend B thumb.gif

Since you are polishing things go for those copper tubes! Looks really nice Fast I like it. When polished that would be a blast on Salive. Take care mate.

Aluminium sheet should be here next monday and then is a matter of finishing up some details on the cad file (put the position for the 8 or 9 posts the shop will solder for me and trying to incorporate the front of the Aquaero directly on the new front) and maybe next week I will have the new front and the top with the window. Meanwhile drafts for the acrylic reservoir and divider are done and was doing some tests now. Here is how the divider will look like (of course is just a mock up with the ek ram top). I like it. Will illuminate the reservoir and the case too and hide the cables. I also finish the diffuser for the led stripes and light is much better now.

Aluminum sheet is here smile.gif Let's see if laser shop have a open spot for this week. Also I kind of like this Gelid blue led fan. Might replace the silversone fans with it to help illuminate the cpu area.
