Yeah...It was a worse job that the one in Grey Matter...I can see some bubbles on the top. I am hoping is water tight and the air pockets I see on the top edge does not spoil the visual. Otherwise will be redoing it. It does fit nicely but the mounting system for the bottom part will have to be redone. I made a mistake at some point and the screws post were welded too close to where the end of the tank is. I think I will cut them out (the 2 screws) and fix the bottom part with a countersunk m3 (2x) on the edge of the reservoir touching the case floor.

Oh Well. I derp on the divider plan and will have to redo the piece. The tube was too long and conflict with the 24 pin cable. New piece will have to leave a 15 mm width space for the cable. It will also be a little higher and close to the MB...You live you learn. Hope I don't mess up with the reservoir too...

Reservoir in place before drilling/tapping the ports:

edit - here you can see the effect and the derp. The painters tape mark the place where the 24 pin cable should be....

Thank you guys. Yep, the cables were designed that way because the darker blue will go along with the outer case color and the reservoir while the Teal will go along with the liquid color in the tubes and the GPU/CPU blocks. Liquid in the reservoir will look darker while on the block will look more teal.

All in all not a very good Friday...Lost the divider because of my mistake on the plans and lost the reservoir too which cracked while I was tapping in it the ports. Will need to redo all again. Oh well. Plans will change a bit and both reservoir and divider will be improved on V2. Meanwhile painting the case, cutting the MB tray to make room for V2 of the divider and making some countersunk for the reservoir and pump.

When your electric hacksaw blade goes south and you don't have a replacement what you do?

2845807

you go ph34r-smiley.gif and get the japanese manual saw:

2845808
2845809

and cut the MB tray to fit the new divider:
