OCN does have a teamspeak server already too. TS3.ocngaming.net

I noticed that but I think it's better to have the Discord for us because there's also a General Text chat that we could use to organize players that want to group up and play together where they can join a voice channel easily instead of posting here on the forum that they want to play together and then join TeamSpeak if that makes sense.

Gaming is sensitive to a flaky connection. Everything else being "fine" doesn't mean your ISP isn't dropping several packets. You can browse the web, play youtube, and stream spotify on a terrible connection and not notice a thing.

Send a continuous ping to 8.8.8.8 and see if any packets drop. Also, the ping time should be less than 50ms.

Playing over WiFi by chance?

I'll run the test in a bit but my ping in-game never went over 30ms.
I'm playing with the cable running straight from my modem into my PC

That's not the important connection. The important connection is from your modem to the rest of the world.

You can try this website as well. Just have to use Firefox or IE because it uses a java plugin... http://www.ringcentral.com/support/qos.html
