Intro:

HomeFront - The Revolution has a bug which overly uses a single thread in CPU dominent locations, leaving other threads under-utilized. This has been as issue in other games such as Far Cry 4, which has been patched since. This utilization issue reduces FPS, increases input delay and may cause some stuttering.

Solution:

Quote:
1) Launch game.
2) Alt + Tab out of the game. (If you can't, press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select Task Manager, then ignore step 3)
3) Load Task Manager.
4) Go to the Detail tab.
5) Right click on HomeFront's .exe process.
5) Click on "Set Affinity".
6) Untick "All Processors", then tick each thread one by one.
7) Click OK and Alt + Tab back into the game.

So it has the same problem Dying Light had on release?

Slightly annoying but whatever, easy enough workaround until its patched. Kind of sad that this is becoming the norm though, what happened to the days where games were released with relatively minor issues? Rhetorical question, I know the answer already.
