Why does the price jump 200$ on the Amazon one for the 'Freesync; version as opposed to the AMD Freesync version?

I saw this monitor sell for $299 around black Friday last year. Just a heads up in case you want to wait it out.

At $350 IMO it's still a very good price. I've seen it in person and the only thing that turns me off is the red plastic.
