I agree, but I hope to all hope in gran turismo5 you can customize your car visuals more, that would be AWESOME.

For one I knew how to drive when I had the game considering I had alot of the top lap times within the top 20's before i stopped playing. #2 I turned everything I could off in GT to make it more interesting. Forza uses shading differently than GT because it had to allow for damage on the cars. GT had no damage allowing for good looking cars all the time. BTW GT had more usable tuning options than Forza and the drivatar just sucked. It couldnt win a race even w/ max stats.

Played it since GT1 on the PS1, then GT2, GT3 and GT4 on the PS2. I'm a car fanatic in "real life" also.
Got all excited about GT-HD, but man, I've been waiting so long, and who knows when they will release it. I may get so tired of waiting that I might end up getting the 360 and play Forza/Forza2. At least the 360 will be _much_ cheaper, more stable and I can use it as video/audio slingshot from my yet-to-be-built vista PC.
BTW, to the poster who said they can't get sideways in a 1000HP car on GT4, they need to turn off traction control and stability. I have much lower HP cars that I can basically drift around in on the Nurburgring. Try driving an F1 car around the "ring" with all assists turned off and tell me its "hard" to get oversteer. That comment made me lol.
