Just finished water cooling my Nvidia GTX 1080 (Founders Edition). I'm up to 2025 mhz on the core and 10800 mhz on the Vram and that's where I'll leave it smile.gif I had it at 2075 or so but it stuttered a little bit every once in a while so I dropped it down. I have seen it get to 49 degrees max and it shares the water loop with my 5930K which is at 4.99 GHZ. I'm pretty happy with those temps and clocks seeing as before the EK block, it was at 80 degrees constantly while sticking to about 1750 mhz.

I'm running my system in this order Pump/Res (EK Xres 140 D5) >> GPU (EK block and back) >> 360 Rad (EK Coolstream PE) >> CPU (EK Supremacy x99) >> 240 Rad (EK Coolstream PE) >> ... Each of the radiators have 2000 RPM Noctua NFF-12 IPPC fans

I'll probably tweak with it quite a bit more but just from about half an hours worth, it is doing really well.

It was super impressive to go from ~80C on the reference to toping out around ~49C with the new block!

It definitely does. I don't know what your running but I was surprised by how hot this 5930K gets compared to my old 4770k. The 4770 was idling around 30. This 5930K averages around 36-36 and hits up to 65 C when working hard.
