Most reviewers do this....tells you just how much they actually know about the hardware they're reviewing.

Gonna put them under water later this month , 2 blocks do not come cheap and as i haven't reached any thermal issues or throttling yet i fail to see the point of doing it right now ,
when a better bios will be available - maybe .

Nice GPU score, you are hitting about 1000 points more than me at not too different clocks I am 2075 core 10800mem, hmmmm is it that you are on extreme platform... x16/x16?? or Faster Ram??? My ram is at Cas15 3000MHz 24GB! My graphics score with two FE edition on air is ~10500 with a 2075 clock (But mine boosts lower through most about 2000 on the first test and 2050 on the second). What's your ram speed? Better put that 5930k under water too! You are cooking it pretty good hitting 88c with just the physics load. Don't worry instead of heat I am juicing mine with vcore at 1.5v and 4.9GHz. thumb.gif Nice rig you should be happy, I owned the 980Ti 6G and it was a great card, you will be happy!

Hi guys, just got my Palit 1080

I used MSI AfterBurner to oc'ed it 1987 coreclock and 10800 memclock and it started showing artifacts when going higher

Seems like the AB Voltage slider does nothing to increase the voltage

Any tips and advice?

Is this the limit of the card?

should I sent it back?

Well, results are so far a bust, guys. The MSI BIOS seems to have the same power limit, during Firestrike I was bumping against it the entire time, same as on the stock BIOS, and score was around 600 points less, though that is probably due to clock speed differences between the FE and the Sea Hawk X, which I tried to account for, but apparently didn't smile.gif

So looks like we're still waiting for a BIOS tweaker. thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

EVGA FTW ACX 3.0 coming in Monday. I think I am having shippers remorse that I did not opt for the next day air to get it tomorrow. Talked to EK and they said water block will be avail in August. Is it August yet? Time to retire the 780 TI with the EK full cover.

Awesome. I'll test it when I get home. Right now I'm running the version for corsair version seahawk at 2155 on the core so I'm curious to see if this can give any more to the core.
