I think this waterforce BIOS has the same limits like the Xtreme Gaming, which has a default PT of 250W and a max of 375W (yeah, that is 150%). The Xtreme Gaming BIOS is already available on TPU....
Did some research according to PT by different cards (checked the different BIOSes on TPU with the help of a HEXeditor...) . These are the default PTs (hope these are the right values, and I did not made any mistake):
Asus Strix GTX1080 198W
Gainward Phoenix GS GTX1080 200W
Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX1080 200W
Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming GTX1080 250W
MSI Gaming X GTX1080 270W
Palit SuperJetstream GTX1080 200W
Zotac AMP Extreme GTX1080 320W
+1 Ref, 1080FE 180W
The MSI gaming has a max. PT of ~300W, the Zotac and the Xtreme Gaming cards have it around 375W, the rest of the cards have a max. PT below 300W.
