They don't list it either, but they have a 3-year warranty on the card, so you're actually getting a pretty decent value when you order direct from Nvidia.

Just got my rig back together after installing the EK block and backplate for my G1 Gaming 1080. Been playing with Afterburner and Heaven 4.0 for about 45 minutes now...

Temps are stable at 44*C with a room temp of 25*C running Heaven (been looping for about 30 minutes), absolute MAXIMUM overclock is 2126MHz stable. I've backed it off a tad down to 2114MHz and it's running like a dream.

Off to test something other than Heaven...

Get it to 57 Degrees and see if anything changes....mine goes smooth to that point then Pwr+VRel throttles it down 50MHz and then some more.

Got tired of waiting for a BIOS modding tool and did the hard mod on xDevs. smile.gif Just soldered a small wire over resistors RS1, RS2, and RS3, did not add resistors to any capacitors, I just kept it easy.

Before (120% power limit, +170 core, +500 VRAM), Vcore bouncing between 0.981v and 1.031v with clock speed between 1965MHz and 2025MHz.

After (same OC settings as above), Vcore stable at 1.062v and clock speed stable at 2062MHz.

I thought the retail price for the FE was $699.

I can't get it to 57 degrees, it levels out at 45... Physically won't go any higher than that.

Very true indeed. Same applied to my previous HIS HD 6950 "n" years ago. It was overclocked at 912/1335 core/memory and you could go more than 100MHz higher for both while witnessing the tailing off performance ...

Can few Founder Edition owners confirm this? And also what brand is that FE .
