Just to give an example with same clocks:

150.

Stick a waterblock on it and enjoy lower temps and silence...

I just got it to 2000Mhz, temps hit 67c during the Time Spy run, made a 330 point difference biggrin.gif
Didn't touch the VRAM though.

Do "L" 8pin PCI cables exist?

I ask because, don't know if anyone else noticed and is having same problem as I do, these cards have much wider PCBs than Maxwell generation. At least my MSI does.

I have a compact case (Corsair 300R) and I can't get the side panel with my 2 140mm fans in place because of the widht of this card. If I remove both fans then I can get it in place but still making a lot of pressure on de 8+6pin connector.

Any thoughts?

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Heard something earlier from EVGA, but it might be for their cards only. Not sure:

Brilliant idea btw from EVGA. Should been out for ages >.>
I think u can use it on other cards too but first it may look stupid when you are using a other card and have the EVGA logo on it and second there are only 2 8pins and they didnt look like you can split them into maybe 1 8pin and 1 6pin..
