In pretty satisfied with my strix 1080. Other than problems with there ****ty gputweak 2 causing constant errors in windows. It generally starts out around 1125 or so and ends up at 1088 after gaming for a while. Temp wise mid 60's.

I installed kuhler 620 on 1080 ftw and with stock heatsink/fans of acx 3.0 I couldn't do +100 stable so the best I could do was around 2050 with temps around 74c testing overwatch and 64c idle temps. After installing my 620 idle temps are around 37c and I was able to hit +100 so far at 2100+ with load temps of around 50c. The bracket I used was from some guy named dwood way back when I used the same kuhler on my 680.

I do have a question though, was I correct in keeping the backplate and frontplate on the board? I also have a fan attached to the bracket blowing air onto the board. Should I be good to go? Do I need to worry about vram overheating? I'm not even sure how to check the temps of the vram. So yeah so far its worth replacing the stock fan/hs with AIO solution.

That's nice! I'll try FE BIOS when I have the time. Just got back to my stock Armor BIOS. It seems it performs better than GamingX, maybes it's just my impression, idk.

Nice OC btw!
