You lost the lottery!

Peak dosen't matter imho. Max stable clock.

I can maintain 2126 stable pn stock voltage. With 2150 the clock will drop due tdp, so I can't run that.

We need a fricking bios for these cards. tongue.gif

I tried to rip my bios on my 1080 FTW with GPU-Z and I couldnt get it to go, is there a trick to ripping these?

I've missed quite a few replies here in the last few days. Anyone running 1080 SLI on 1440p or 21:9 1440p and seeing under-utilization on their GPUs?

GTA V was using 50-60% with spikes to 70% usage on each card at 21:9. The issue here for me is that it wasn't doing this to push 60+ FPS as I was seeing dips below. It seems the only workaround I've found so far is do either scale the resolution higher or nearly max the settings out to require it to use more VRAM. The only correlation I am seeing so far is that if I'm using less VRAM, the GPU decides it doesn't need to run with full utilization. Maxing the game out completely causes 90-100% on each GPU.

Fallout 4 has the same issue, but I have not found a workaround yet. I might try to resolution scale it to 'fix' this. Alternatively, I did not have this issue with 4K. This still falls in line with my theory that 1440p 21:9 is not pushing the cards to their limits VRAM-wise and acting as a bottleneck. wth.gif

Yeah, thought about that too...and if we're right, watercooling never made more sense than with these pascal series.

Me too, on synthetics. I don't even get driver crashes with the memory. It just freezes and fail the test. With core clock the same if I'm not running insane high clocks. Maybe the freeze-crash has something to do with temps. With lower temps I was much more stable and got less freezes. Maybe, just maybe, anything that doesn't crash your driver is possible. You just rely on temps.

But on rainbow six I got some minor snowflakes and periodic black screen flashes (like half a second flash). That's memory, right?

With 2088mhz peak and +425mem I got a lot less snowflakes running at 60°C than 75+++. Maybe when I watercool it I can get those values without artifacts, maybe even ramp up a little.

Anyone could tell me if there's any hope of keeping the card below 50 with a good AIO in a hot country? room temp 28-30.

Seems like everyone is getting higher clocks than me mad.gif
use DDU and reinstall driver if you haven't already.
Ive had times when testing unstable OC crash would result in unstable driver. Resulted in driver crashes even with stable clocks. reinstalling driver fixed it..

1937 is really low increase voltage to +100 to ensure most voltage just to be safe and set core to +100 and increase +10 up to +150 once you find stable clock start to lower voltage.

Haven't really tried different settings since the fps is quite alright (3440x1440 and 1080 SLI). With current settings I'm just below 5GB VRAM usage... might give it a go later on smile.gif

Are you touching the voltage slider or just max. the power limit? The Corsair HG10 is expected to arrive tomorrow or Thursday, so hope I can get around to mod it this weekend.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried everything you suggested. Nothing works, I think I am just unlucky As soon as my card sees a peak above 2000 it stops the bench

Max voltage and TDP limit. Tried to play with voltage bar but didn't get any results. The best overclock comes with everything maxed.

Please do post some temp reads before and after watercooling it. Good luck with the mod!
