That is AB 4.3.0 Beta 4 ... Guru3d has a 4.3.0 Beta 11 ... seems to be different.

Well i thought it's about the unlock for voltage - which is already working for 4.3.0 Beta which I linked for you.

So ugly.... I don't know how people can stand it.

All that's needed is the damn circular retention teeth and the mounting holes. So I dremeled off the fan mount portion and am now grinding it down to size. It will work great in the end, and won't look ridiculous with the damn bracket and the NZXT logo showing.

I will of course give pics when I'm done shaping the bracket. I recommend everyone do this to be honest. If you have the tools, absolutely. This essentially makes your Homebrew DIY kit identical to the EVGA one. Installation is exactly the same, however you have Radiator options this way.

No brainer IMO.

Have to finish up tomorrow though as its late and I already woke someone using my Dremel and Grinder.... 3am grinding isnt too cool unless you live alone.

Major reason to clean my garage out. Lol.

You cut it off? LOL Well, if you only want the bracket, that's th way to go...

Please post some before and after temps. I'm very interested in this matter. Good luck with the mod thumb.gif

Besides, what about VRAM/VRM cooling? Don't know if your card has a heatplate on them. If so, do you think the heatplate, without air blowing on it, is enough to keep them cool? (since you mutilated the fan out of your G10 biggrin.gif )

Could you link that beta 11? I can only find beta 4 on guru3d database.

I think he's confusing the TitanXP voltage control which is absent from the current public version of Afterburner. The new release will just get the Titan controls on par with the 1080.

Please, if you can, post temps before and after. You'll probably need a cooper shim to install the pump over the heatplate fingers of the FTW.

PS: what's that small brown box?

Isnt the EVGA Hybrid Cooler supposed to perform better than other AIOs with brackets ?

http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/2441-diy-gtx-1080-hybrid-thermals-100-percent-lower-higher-oc-room

Also i remember a overclock.net member took orders for selfmade brackets for AIO for a way more reasonable price.

Sure. That's the reason I have t o delay my installation for a week or something. I need the data for 'before'. smile.gif

Shim is on it's way from UK I'm expecting it at the beginning of the next week.

Brown box contains http://noctua.at/en/nf-b9-redux-1600-pwm

I've installed my card last night so I didn't even had time to try some OC. smile.gif
