Dangerously close to 999$ and is just a single, gaming GPU. Not a dual gaming GPU or a single "professional" GPU like the GTX 690 or OG Titan.

And a what paper launch at CES? So we MAYBE see them coming out around March and after they get legit stock and price gougers go away we will be able to pick one up in April LOL. I cannot believe there is so much hype about this **** already. I agree with you all the way man, it is all conjecture at this point.

All I am saying is, there will be a Pascal V2 this is where alot of the price drops will come in to play.

I just cannot see a GTX1080 Ti being almost 50% cheaper than a Titan X Pascal.

Previous models are roughly 25-30% cheaper than the Titan variant

And with the same memory size as the Titan P it makes even more sense.

Introducing the GTX1080Ti! The same thing as a Titan P other than 256 less cuda cores, for almost half price!

And, my first language is English I'm using a half beatin to death cell phone. You must be getting angry, or reality is sinking in that Nvidia loves charging more! Because now your trying to insult me.

I'll bet you that the Nvidia GTX1080Ti is 849-900. I'm so sure of it, I'd mail you my GTX1080 if I was wrong.

This is the [Official] NVIDIA GTX 1080 Owner's Club, I am sure there is a 1080Ti rumor thread for you to go hang out in bro.

I been having a seriously thinking about getting a Asus Strix 1080 I noticed there is the hotwire solder points and 6+8 power plug just wondering if anyone has had a good go with this card with OC aspects might be the extra ammo to get this thing to 2300Mhz.

Now that's some serious worthless discussion...how about we wait and see instead of arguing about rumors and fighting over an educated guess?

Let the GTX 1080 thread continue thumb.gif

Guys,

So the best non-conductive TIM we get today is Kryonaut? I have some CLU laying around but I'm not confortable at all to use that on the GPU with all those smd around the die. I believe 1 microscopic drop of CLU could wreck the card completely if it get in contact with those smds.

If I could drop anything between 5-10ºC that would allow my card to drop only 1 clock under stress with the stock cooler.

hmm... with the GTX1080Ti coming around the corner...

maybe is time to start selling out the GTX1080

I still got the 2x MSI GTX1080 EK X Sea Hawk edition in the box, waiting for the remaining water cooling parts to arrive.

Does anyone know if there will be a GTX1080Ti sea hawk edition ?

Probably will be a Seahawk EK 1080TI.

I'd just keep your 1080s and go sli since you have them, they are nice cards those 1080 Seahawks. Had one for a week, but returned it when the Titan XP was announced. I'm a single card user and like to bench, so I went Titan XP. Nothing but positive things to say about the 1080 EK X, nice looking card.

Interesting. Care to elaborate about the Strix potential?

Ah just saw you're not running 2350 or so in TS but 2240-50 anyway Strix T4 is not slower clock per clock than any other BIOS...

25943 graphics with new drivers on firestrike and my personal record on furmark. I lower clock and change the curve to more agressive.

I looked around and it seems like Kryonaut is some of the best currently available. I ordered 11g of it and will be installing my block with it tomorrow, I'll let you know how it goes!
