Can somebody put up a 1080 FE BIOS please, I am going to flash it to a hacked 1070 FE

And I need somebody who is willing to open his 1080 FE card to ask for some cap values and ID components written on them

why not try this

https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/183927/nvidia-gtx1080-8192-160509

Unless you know how to change memory type and timings in bios I would not try this as 1070 uses GDDR5 and 1080 use GDDR5x.

I am going to need someone to edit the microcode, yes, unless I can find those memories witch should be available and solder them as they have the same BGA pattern

You need to do first: nvflash --protectoff
and then the nvflash -6 BIOSfilename.rom

In this link below, there's detailed instructions off all steps (it's for titan x, but the steps are the same for the 1080)
http://www.overclock.net/t/1546747/official-nvidia-geforce-gtx-titan-x-owners-club

"NOTE: If you encounter an error that the card is write protected from being flashed, you must use the --protectoff NvFlash option before you flash.
The drag-and-drop method will not work until you do that. See below for more information."

You run nvflash from CMD, not from within Explorer.
