Limited testing so far but power limit increased on both compared to stock bios.
Strix @120% showing more watts used in hwinfo up from 165w to 190w peak and less tdp throttling.
Palit @114% does not show watts in hwinfo but again less tdp throttling.
EVGA have not increased the TDP in bios for SC, its the same as founders (confirmed by flashing FE bios)

More testing and screenshots to come

The FTW seems to let me use 130%, at least in afterburner and inprecision-X, I am honestly not used to software OC, I have mostly used direct bios editing as my preferred method so I am not as educated on the software OC interfaces.

Could you upload your FTW vBIOS here? It would be much appreciated!

start a kickstarter! i would be curious as to how much one could raise to pay said volunteers for their hard work. lots here have already said shut up and take my money once so why not again?

I just tried to do it with GPU-Z and when it disabled the adapter it locked up, so I loaded another instance and could not find nvflash in a temp folder, rebooted and tried again and it failed out. Can I do it with nvflash, and if so what is the CLI for it and where is the newest compatible copy?

Sorry for the lag and thanks!

Heaven scores have improved from less TDP throttling with the Palit Bios.

Ram has been increased too from previous run because higher ram was adding to the TDP throttling on SC bios

I installed a hybrid cooler on my EVGA 1070 FE and flashed the SC BIOS on it.
The pump and fan is controlled by mainboard.

Can anybody edit the EVGA SC bios that the fan of my EVGA FE always spin with 1000 RPM ?

Anyone try flashing MSI 1070 Sea Hawk? Would it be worth trying to flash to another bios or would that be sort of a waste of time?

Please do. I don't have the knowledge but I'd donate for such effort, like someone else said a kickstarter should be made if that's what it takes. Like you said, this isn't top level encryption, I'm sure that a well motivated programmer (or group) could crack this in no time.
