Annoying Windows 10 Problem Since Getting GTX 970 - Page 2

It's not on auto-hide. Even if I have it on auto-hide small lines still push through the screen. Didn't used to.

Edit: I've seen reinstalled my OS and still have the issue.

That is to say, when I got my GTX 970 I figured it would be good to get a clean OS install going.

Might be worth loading that up, going into safe mode and uninstalling the AMD drivers making sure nothing is left behind. I'd also do it to the Nvidia drivers and reinstall them fresh.
Yea it sucks when you pick up an oddball behavior. Makes me wonder if those with the problem have anything in common. Programs, hardware, usage patterns, windows/program settings that they change.

I personally have had it on all combinations of AMD CPUs, Intel CPUs, AMD GPUs, Nvidia GPUs, Intel GPUs, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. I never considered it an issue, I expect the taskbar to pop up when the fs app loses focus.

I also assumed this was intended behavior. My work machine is an i7-4790 with a GT 720 & 3x1920x1080 monitors. On both Windows 7 & Windows 10, if I have a video full screen on the monitor with the taskbar & bring a different window into focus, the taskbar will appear over the full screen video.

That doesn't work though.

Even the auto-hide some of it pops up.

Ugh.

Everything from Youtube to VLC. Everything suffers from this issue.

My roommates windows 10 does not do this for any of his 3 monitors.
