Anyway, we need to specify professional reviews, such as the reviews done on JonnyGURU.com. Customer reviews of PSUs are worthless, so we can't leave any chance for someone to go looking for customer reviews due to being told that they should go looking for reviews.

Having said all that though, being on OCN means you don't have to do anything other than ask us for help. We know which PSUs to avoid and which ones to get. We can make the informed decision for you.
Yes, I am referring to their old models. Wish I'd kept mine. Although my current 1KW platinum sure is nice too.

Always look for professional reviews that actually look inside the PSU. The good reviews will say which country all the caps come from.

Good reviews go into detail about each part inside, and they also go into detail about the ripple, voltage regulation, efficiency, and they do hot and cold testing, etc. etc. etc. The best PSU reviews are usually the ones done by the crew at JonnyGURU.com.

Judging the quality of a review by whether they say where the caps are from is like judging a review by whether they tell us who the OEM is.
