Any benchmarks you guys recommend ? I'll run a few 3DMark Fire Strike + Heaven Benchmark.

Whatever benchmarks you want to include, but those two are a good start thumb.gif

If I was team Zotac looking at this, I'd make sure you get a really good card that overclocks well. It's just good advertisement wink.gif come on team Zotac, send him what he deserves.

So close to reaching 20000 graphics score........

Also, overclocking the memory too much gave me a lower score as someone mentioned on this or the 1080 thread. In any case, I'll keep trying until I hit 20000 or higher. biggrin.gif

Should I go with the EVGA GTX 1070 SC or the Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 ?
both are available for pre-order on Amazon.
I ordered both but I need to cancel one of them.

I'd go with EVGA, but that is primarily because I've had such good experiences with their customer service.

I got mine yesterday:thumb:! MSI Gaming X. I overclocked it by 125 on the Core and 700 on memory and now my Boost Clock is about 2075-100~. Fan speed on 60% is barely audible. In fact, I think that the noise coming from corsair sp120. Idle temps are at about 35~ and during load it reaches 70. I chose to skip on EVGA this time around (previously had stock 470 and 780 ACX SC) due to bad ACX cooler performance in the past. The card got pretty loud in order to keep itself under 80 Celsius. Also, I heard that EVGA's 1080 ACX 3.0 had bad coil whine. It may maybe just rumors but it still made me a bit worried getting EVGA version of the card. Overall, pretty satisfied with the MSI performance. Hope it goes the same for everyone!

P.S. Still using EVGA Precision 1080's version because MSI Afterburner would not work properly...
P.S.S. Sorry for bad English)

Keep in mind, drivers can also impact scores.. i was getting little over 2000 w/ previous driver.. Now I'm getting just under 2000 w/ the updated driver.
