Damn, nice. Can you post some benchmark scores? Heaven, Valley, and Firestrike.

Firestrike GRAPHICS Score:

20726 vs 20741

Before and after the driver update.

Drivers had absolutely no impact on my benchmark results.

After seeing Gaming X is not making a huge OC difference with that extra 6pin connector i think NVIDIA intentionaly limitting these cards for some reason.I finally decided and went with EVGA SC when it's available to order yesterday. In guru3d's review ACX 3.0 is super silent just like Gaming X and tempratures are not so different.Since that extra pcb width of Gaming X not making huge difference as a Manta user i think EVGA SC is better option for me even if the Gaming X is the most popular AIB solution for Pascal right now.

I know which one it is.

it's the Heatkiller Universal DIY GPU Block.

EDIT: now that I looked at his photo closely, the phases on his gpu aren't being cooled. when I watercool cards at work, the EK blocks always are designed to cool the phases as well as the vrms

Boosts up to 2062MHz without hassle, haven't tinkered too much with that. Probably could squeeze out some more.

It's quiet, cools very well. Doesn't quite get to 60C under load.

I think the MSI's run cooler though due to their larger fans.

I ended up going with the EVGA SC, considering that you and many others are getting some pretty decent boosts.

Interesting. With my experiences with my 1070 SC, it wasn't overclocking much over stock speeds, and load temps were around 75C. I may have gotten a dud. But then again, it's a reference board, and I don't really expect much from reference designs.

Did you adjust the fan curve? With the stock curve I was seeing much higher temps.
I don't see why these aren't set at more semi-aggressive speeds when they're very quiet still.
