Yeah I can't understand MSI afterburner. I put in +30 core clock and HWmonitor is saying my speeds clocked out at 2025. Obviously it's not 1:1 or am
I missing something here

Bdonedge - GPU boost 3.0 makes things a bit confusing since nothing is static but you have the right idea.

You'll want to use MSI Afterburner 4.3.0 Beta 4 and make sure the power limit is maxed out. Then adjust core and memory clocks to find your max OC. If you want to see in more detail what your card will attempt to boost at, in Afterburner hit CTRL-F. That will give you the voltage/frequency curve (click on the dots).

Here's what the Phoenix looks like in my build. The triple slot cooler is an absolute monster.

21218 on Firestrike rolleyes.gif, with +750 on the memory, thats like 9500mhz effective thumb.gif

Card is a Palit GTX 1070 Jetstream with a Palit GTX 1070 GameRock BIOS flashed on it and has a 114% Powertarget now.

Okay since you're both on air cooled GTX 1070's and have scores I have not seen anyone here reach. Can you please both run 3DMark (since you both have that), go to "STRESS TESTS", and then choose "FIRE STRIKE ULTRA STRESS TEST" from the drop down MENU. Run it, the test will take approximately 20 minutes to finish, then post a picture with the percentage and GPU-Z Sensor screen below it.

Just take a screenshot and post to here or imgur, then link us here to it.

You guys have unbelievable cards if they're truly stable and don't show artifacts or crash. People on water-cooling are not or barely reaching these results.

jhatfie Can you please check your BIOS version in GPU-Z also and report back on that.

Hi, can someone enlighten me as to why my Memory overclock is so low. If I go any higher than +200 I get artefacts on Heaven and Valley Benchmarks and a flickering screen with firestrike.

Msi Founders +190 core +200 Mem. 70C max temp

Graphics score is just under 20,000 on Firestrike so its not to shabby.

Thanks

Maybe they threw in some batches with bad running GDDRX, who knows

Edit: Wait, that thought is stupid, my memory is from Samsung

I uninstalled the gigabyte program that I had and my stock card has a lower score on 3D mark since I've done that. Any ideas of what would have caused that?
