EDIT: Victory! I found a ribbon SLI bridge in my storage, so I now have two SLI bridges! I hooked both of them up, and the stuttering is all but gone! biggrin.gif

I am really curious to see how you feel about SLI 1070's with Ultrawide 1440p, that is the next step I want to take with my display.

The limited experience I have had with it so far has been great. I just played a couple rounds of Star Wars Battlefront @ 3440x1440, ultra settings and 110% resolution scaling. The framerate didn't dip below 100 FPS, and the average was around 120 FPS. I was also able to max out GTA V @ 3440x1440, and I averaged over 60 FPS.

My conclusion: GTX 1070 SLI for ultrawide is overkill and amazing. biggrin.gif

EDIT: I just realized how similar our rigs are (4790k, Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 7, GTX 1070, 850 EVO)

Ok i'm impressed with this card, just played Project Cars in 4K 3840x2160, everything Ultra, thunderstorm climate, 35 cars...avg around 60fps...when it's a cluster**** of us, it gets down to 40ish....all in all very impressive, definitely.

When i'm playing a time trial by myself, clear weather..it's over 100FPS in 4K and ultra!

You should try Forza Motorsport 6 Apex BetaA

It's DX12, it's on the Windows Store, it's free. And it looks and runs better than Project Cars. I still prefer Project Cars though.

Good to know. Yeah atm I only have 2 exhaust fans running through the Corsair H100i radiator. More fans are on the way though. Can't wait to set up proper airflow and start messing with overclocking the CPU. biggrin.gif
