CPU Vcore confusing settings

I am in the bios trying to change CPU Vcore it is currently set to auto when I try to change it I get option "Normal" and also options like -0.275v and so on I am trying to up my voltage to 1.32.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte 970ADS3.

In summary, messing with voltage isn't a good idea with that board unless you plan on adding some cooling to the Voltage Regulators (aka VRM's, MOSFETS)
