Z170 motherboard - Need Advice on Quality OC Board

I need to buy a Z170 Skylake motherboard for a 6700K build that will be overclocked.

Budget: -> Actual number not super critical. Don't like to waste money on things I don't need.

  • Quality Components for overclocking (Solid circuit design, solid power delivery, with quality components)
  • Cutting Edge IO
    [**] at least 1 U.2 and 1 M.2 32gb/s.
    [**] at least 2 10 Gb/s USB 3.1 ports. Would prefer 4 3.1/10Gb/s ports.
  • TPU Socket and/or module
  • EATX or smaller (12" x 11" max)

Components going inside:
  • 6700K
  • Noctua NH-D15S (dual Fan)
  • Nvidia 1080 GTX (not clear which, likely EVGA. I have an FE, likely will return a go custom)
  • 64GB DDR4 (Fully loaded. Stability is critical. Speed is nice.)
  • Samsung S950 Pro M.2
  • Existing SoundBlaster PCIe card
  • 6 Existing 6gb/s SATA Drives
  • Existing Intel Gigabit Adapter PCIe

Features I don't care about:
  • Sound - I have a nice PCIe sound card already that I'm happy with.
  • Looks - I'll take performance over looks
  • USB 2.0 ports - meh
  • LAN Ports - I have an Intel Gigabit PCIe Card already. So more than 1 on-board is not required.
  • Wi-Fi - Likely would never be used.
  • x3 and x4 SLI/Crossfire
[**] Likely will never do x2 SLI either. So only 1 x16 PCIe Gen 3 slot is critical. There are likely better ways to use those lanes

Slight Preferences, not critical
  • Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, EVGA, ASROCK in that order
  • Intel NIC over Killer whatever
  • Bluetooth 4.2 > 4.1 > 4.0
  • Thunderbolt

Suggestions? Motherboard companies do a horrendous job of making the differences between boards easy to figure out.

I do realize that in order to get feature A, you sometimes always get features B, C, and D that you don't really care about.

Thanks for the help!

Looking at:

Asus Z170-Premium
Asus Z170 Deluxe

ASUS ROG maybe, though there seem like a lo of unneeded features.
