Around 2007 is the last PC i built for myself; in fact, it's the one i'm using right now. Around December of last year i decided that it was time for a new PC. The Components i have listed is what i currently own, but i'm having a hard time deciding on to water cool, or to air cool. I'm leaning more towards water cooling since the room of the house i'm in stays really hot even with central air and a window ac unit going. During the summer months, i can be sitting here sweating, it's just that hot in here. Some days it's just so hot that the case fans are running full speed and still struggling to keep it cool, especially during times of heavy use. I have had to remove both sides of the PC case, with a box fan and the ac going just to get it to cool down.

I have never water cooled before, but what i have researched it's pretty straight forward. Many people has told me that going with a water cooling setup is a waste of money if i'm not a heavy gamer with a overclocked hardware. I'm not a heavy gamer, and i have no need to overclock. I'm looking for opinions based on my circumstances having to deal with heating of the room during the day causing my PC to over heat.

So here are the components i have bought so far, and that are being purchased for this Gaming / Plex rig.

Thermaltake Core V21 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI B150M MORTAR Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
3x Samsung 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
3x Seagate NAS HDD 4TB 3.5" 5900RPM Internal Hard Drive
MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB 100 Million Edition Video Card
ARCTIC MX4 4g Thermal Paste

Would water cooling the memory and cpu make a huge difference for my situation?
