If your CPU has enough PCIE lanes, then yes.

I'll live with my Rampage IV Extreme a while longer. Sick looking board though.

Yes, Insure the CPU you select has 40 PCIe lanes.

Just bought 6800k and this mainboard, but was wondering the fastest ram?

Mobo shipped. Should be here in a few days. thumb.gif

What are some nice RGBW LED strips that are compatible with the mobo's 4-pin header?

I’m having trouble running Dominator Platinum 2666MHz at 2133mhz stable.
No problem with 4 stick but 8 keeps crashing.

My GTX 1080 does not show in the bios under GPU post does anyone else have this issue?
It seems there is an issue with this board, if you put any card to bottom pcie 3.0 slot, then top pcie 3.0 switches to x8 mode
even if you have only single grapthic card in top slot

The Monoblock IS nice for having less flow restriction and thus slightly better CPU etc.. cooling, but i think it's kinda fugly anyway (especially if you have RAM blocks)

I have seen many builds with monoblocks and I think I dont like it to much, it looks too bulky, while EKWB Evo looks very good

But I was surprised that there is no big choice of VRM cooling, EK doesnt sell it separately, only with chipset block in add. So the only choice is Watercool VRM block for $60. Am I missed other options?
