The blue channel works for me. It is the red and green channel which doesn't. I will swap them and see what happens.

The information is right there, ready. The RGB header on the motherboard is +12V G R B.

Just make a cable to match your LED strips. The CableMod RGB LEDs I got comes with an adapter cable that swaps a couple of wires to make it "AURA" compatible.

My issue isn't the ASUS side, I miss-read One's post. Mine is the Darkside RGB strip. They only list the +12v.

How many watts is the “high amp” W_PUMP capable of handling?

I am thinking about running a D5 (37W Max) off of that header but off course, I do not want to damage the board. The manual does not answer the question and my searches have come up empty.
The D5 will still be powered by a 12v molex.. the only thing the pump header is for is monitoring / adjusting the speed of the pump (providing you order a PWM version)

Chainsaw is 100% correct, however there needs to be a clarification of misconception here:

There are two (2) 4-PIN headers you are questioning here.

H_AMP_FAN - This is used for high amp fans, or if you want to run multiple fans off of this one Fan header.

W_PUMP - This is a water pump header, much like Chainsaw described used for the monitoring and adjusting of your pump's speed. Typically used with AIO water-cooling solutions.

In reality you can run your pump PWM line off any fan header on this MoBo, as the included software allows you to link PWM control from any fan header to any temperature sensor. Personally I have my D5 PWM in the CPU_OPT header is it was too difficult, and looked bad in my opinion to route the wire to the W_PUMP 4-PIN connector.

i am planning to get this motherboard along with the 6850k, but unfortunately i have read a lot reviews in which people are facing OC issues on ram, DAC not working on win10 and many other issues related to drivers etc... i do not know this is an owners club or not but should i buy this board ? as i have read reviews about it which are extremely good then there are reviews which are extremely negative about this board having tons of issues.. please would be really glad if someone helps me out .. i am want a non biased opinion with all honesty

there is a review on Amazon with ASUS support confirming some people over tighten CPU heatsink/cooler causing contact and stability issue (ex. some RAM slots don't work). not sure if it applies here
