well since you are up i thought id ask a question about those noctua industrial fans you got there...are they good? are they static pressure optimized fans? i ordered a bh7 and since everything is so close to the intakes i think a sp fan would be the best bet?

They are good but can be noisy at high speed, the 120mm makes less noise. I don't know much about static pressure optimized fans (i feel it's a gimmick), i just look at the blades shape and compare specs between fans to make my choice. These fans are made with server usage in mind, so the noise was not the priority. Notice i bought the IP67 ones which are made to resist both water and dust, and are expensive.

Got the Zotac Geforce GTX 1080 mini, i almost went for watercooling but...nah ! Waiting for reviews of the upcoming Cryorig full Cu cooler. Also thinking of replacing the top cover of the case. I will add pics soon.

This post is for me, since nobody cares for this log biggrin.gif, archiving purpose !
My S8S is going from Black/Gunmetal to Gunmetal grey with black accents. I'm just waiting for the extended top (very soon), windows on both sides, i also need to sleeve my SATA cables. On another note, I also purchased a Herman Miller Aeron which is also on its way. I'm now ruined but happy.
Next thing is to replace my CPU cooler, probably the Cryorig Cu when it get released. I already replaced thermal pads on my GPU with higher thermal conductivity ones.

Now i need to post some pics for a 'before/after' perspective.

I'm watching and enjoying your infrequent updates. The Cryorig Cu line is a bit of a gimmick ... but it does look nice. My rig is currently cooled by a Cryorig cooler (air) while I plan and replan my loop - I love those coolers.

Hey Ruffhi, you are always welcome here wink.gif I had hoped wrongly about the Cryorig Cu it seems, basically i just want a cooler that perform better than my actual Noctua C14S, i also thought about the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 for its silence and good cooling or the Cryorig R1 Ultimate which is a bit louder than the Bequiet.

I just saw a huge run down of the different air coolers showing temp / noise in graphs ... but I can't seem to find it now. Is there a way of looking at the picture gallery over all of OCN?

Nope, i think it's by thread only. But don't bother, it should be easy to find the best cooler when the time comes.
