What's this Dexin reference I saw uaokkk post as well?

I've mailed TT about these issues but haven't heard back yet, will update here if they do.

Dexin is the manufacturer of the mouse, Tt doesn't make mice themselves, they outsource to Dexin basically. A lot of companies go this way.

I think only Logitech, Razer and Roccat have their own factories, Razer initially used Kingsis as OEM though. But uaok or woll3 know far more about these things.

Unfortunately, and even then its only certain products, its probably not just profitable enough to set anything up for just gaming gear.

Razer and Roccat)and SS) use the usual Suspects(Dexin, Laview, Primax, etc.), tbh i havent kept much up with all of that either, im actually already happy if things arent just "stock"(e.g. Tt).

What do you mean with that?

Guess the chance of a soft/firmware update is pretty small then, since I doubt they will classify the existing bugs as must fix frown.gif

This actual product came out of Left Field here, never any promotion done by anyone.

That was what was so beautiful, a product line came out this year (here in Convict Town) with no fanfare, no massive promotion via any gaming events.

This was one of those DECENT inclusions done by someone, on the off chance of competing with all the other giant players in hardware. Thermaltake did it with style, kept it all quiet and let the Ventus X 3360 do all the talking.

That is how all the manufacturers should be, cut back the fanfare and fake gimmicks and just produce a very acceptable mouse thumb.gif .

Inform support and/or post something in the Ventus X Optical thread on the tt esports forums. It's better than nothing at this point.

All they will do is tell you that they are working on it/told the vendor and stall for years. :D

That was what they had to say about Saphira´s malfunction speed:

And i was being lenient, diplomatic and nice at that time because i had to.
