The case is Fractal Define Nano S , wich says "CPU coolers up to 160mm in height" what would be the best aircooler that would have the best performance+quiet fans? The CPU will be an overclocked 6700K, thanks guys thumb.gif

Scythe Fuma!

Great design, quality, price and of course, performance:
http://us.hardware.info/product/benchmarks/19/cpu-coolers?products[]=329349&specId=16392&tcId=363

Its also perfect for semi-passive cooling at low RPM.

Noctua site puts D15S as 160mm as well 165mm on their site. You might want to drop them an email to ask.

if you use a micro board - go for the Noctua NH-U12S Ultra-Quiet Slim CPU Cooler.

Otherwise it will block the 1st pci slot - but if not worried, go for the bigger! thumb.gif

The heatsink itself is 160mm but once you add the included NF-A15 it will go up to 165mm. You can actually install the fan a bit lower so you have a slightly lower overall profile (I have a D15S installed on a TJ08-E with a height clearance of 163mm but it fits nicely)

You also can get rid of the A15 fan altogether and put 2 F12's (or any 120mm fan for that matter) and stay at the 160mm mark wink.gif I have it that way and there's no real noticeable difference vs a single A15. Of course, you add 2 $20-ish fans to the cost of the whole cooler so that's the drawback.

I got the D15S in a large casing, the fan & heatsink pipes look & feel almost level to me but I can't really confirm.
There is a user who said it fits.

The Hyper 212 Evo fits within the category. (120 x 80 x 159 mm) and at $25 USD its hard to argue its price/performance ability.

Fuma VS NH-D15:

Considering the price and size of the cooler I kinda like what Scythe offers at the moment.
