Killer E2400 Gaming Network/Inte Gigabyte Lan?

Thread Starter
I just purchased a Gigabyte Z170x-Gaming 7 and noticed there are two ethernet connections on the I/O panel on the back of my case. Upon looking closer they appear to be the same color and have no labels to speak of. I know that one or possible both are advertised as "Killer E2400 gaming network/intel gigabyte lan" and have no idea what this means? Which of the two ethernet plugins should I connect to? Does it matter?

Try them both, but only install the Killer E2400 driver not the Killer Suite. Here is the direct link to the Killer E2400 Driver only.
You can use either or both.

When I used to have dual nics I really could never find a difference that was really measurable. One was a Killer E2200 ( Fatality one). But seriously do yourself a favor and only use the stand alone killer driver ever.
