Payment Rules
1. I only accept payment via Paypal unless you happen to be local to Las Vegas, in which case cash is fine.

2. I will only ship to a confirmed address in Paypal. No exceptions.

3. I will always require a signature upon delivery, regardless of how small or inexpensive the package may be, and regardless of the carrier chosen. I understand this may be inconvenient for some people and I apologize up front for it, however there will be no exceptions.

4. In general I will use flat rate USPS boxes for shipping wherever possible. In such instances where something won't fit in such a box (ex. motherboards) I will probably use Fedex over UPS. If you have an issue with Fedex at your location let me know and I can probably use UPS instead.

5. All packages will carry insurance at an amount to meet or exceed thel purchase price. For items marked "shipping included" insurance is also included in the listed price.

6. If you want to purchase more than one thing from me I will see what I can do to combine everything in one box at a lower price. However, please do not expect a discount simply because you're buying a lot of stuff! I base most of my prices at lower than the typical 'completed listing' at eBay, so they're usually pretty well priced.

7. That said, if you think the asking price is too high please be polite and, if possible, provide a reference for a lower price.

8. There will be no returns on anything. Everything I sell works as it is intended to and frankly if it doesn't work that's on you.

I have had this card since the end of January. Comes with all original accessories including the box (though the UPC was cut out of the box for a rebate).

Issue: When the card is installed in a normal tower case the card has a very slight squeak to it - it's only noticeable for me since my case is rather light duty (NCase M1) and is sitting pretty close to me on my desk, I suspect it isn't noticeable when the case is set on the floor. I'm pretty sure it's actually a fan (and not coil whine) as it doesn't make the noise if it's installed in a horizontally situated motherboard. Work completely fine, though if you're persistent I suppose you could probably RMA it. I just want to be upfront about it so there are no surprises!

SOLD If you are elsewhere and are interested shoot me a PM and I'll see if we can't work something out. thumb.gif

Edit:

Before anyone asks I do not exactly recall the ASIC of this particular card. I have had two 980Tis and I'm pretty sure I kept the one with the higher rating, which would have been in the low 80's. I'm not going to reinstall the card just to find out, so please don't ask!

Edit Again:

I also never permanently overclocked this card, so I have no idea what it is capable of. I just recall seeing red at how terrible the EVGA software was and never touching it again.

Edit The Third:

Card has been sold. Thread will be closed as soon as it its new owner has it in hand. smile.gif
