Any sensor that feels similar to AMO10?

Hey, so i was wondering if theres any mice out there that have the same feeling as the AMO10 present in the g100s and g402, so i can try it out. It doesn't have that gliding on ice feeling thats present in for ex. the 3366 ( in the g303) that just makes my aim amazing.

3090 maybe
but 3090 firmwares are generally quite bad and that can add a lot of variability

but it might not work well with certain mousepads. and dont forget the insane lod.

imo
mlt04, except for pixel-sized adjustments, feels the most "correct" in reproducing hand motion

3366 feels just as sharp and responsive but slightly artificial. as in it blurs out some of the natural fluctuations in your hand's motion. maybe it's not artificial, and simply too accurate, like how a digital camera's lack of film grain is not exactly an artifact.

am010 is responsive but somewhat grainy. doesnt feel inaccurate, just a little rough compared to 3366 or mlt04 when turning or tracking.

3090 is also slightly rough but maybe it's just my mousepad. haven't used it enough to be sure.

and i aim just as well (csgo) with any of the above, once i'm used to lod differences.

PMW3320 is technically the same sensor with different initialization procedure so mice with that sensor might (or might not) feel like AM010 mice.

Current versions of the 3320 sensor, need a lot of firmware updates to get them even close to the AM010 version.

The AM010 (Logitech) is still the better option here compared to the buggy releases from current manufacturers teaching.gif .

Maybe a 3988? Feels less floaty to me at least.

closest is probably the 3688, but its pretty hard to find a legit Deathadder 3G these days

there are no versions of 3320. what you mean is that current 3320 mice tend to have worse firmware than logitech's am010 stuff, which, i agree, is unfortunately true

Sorry what I meant to say there are mouse model versions containing the 3320 sensor here hoss.

Don't get mad just yet, there's still time to up your blood pressure when it comes to placing which sensor is better/worse than the other helpinghand.gif .

from my experience, the S3095 feels quite similar.
i think i can agree with the MLT04 as well.
the 3366 feels different to me, like the "sharp edges" of tracking are taken off. you'd expect this thing to have more smoothing if you look at its output.
not sure i agree with the 3688, but maybe that's because of different LOD, different cpi and it being so picky about surface. to me the 3366 feels more like a super smooth and more flexible 3688.

can't say i've experienced your dilemma though. the 3366 tracks fantastically and feels great imo

I actually did a play-around with the Deathadder 3G earlier tonight. At first I thought well I don't see the awful angle snapping thing occurring for me, and the jitter doesn't seem too bad.

Well the jitter isn't terrible...unless you compare it to say the 3366. Replugged in my G303 and it was like "wow~ , back in storage you da3g"
