Please for the love of god someone make a side button-less ambi with the 3360. Or give me the option to buy one. Or kill me. That's probably more likely actually.

This. abyssus 2010 shape with matte coating and non-interpolated 3360 is my dream mouse

Pretty embarrassed; I completely forgot that that mouse had the feature to remove sidebuttons. Sorry for a ignorant comment.

That said, I think the G900 is a bit too bulky in it's overall dimensions as well as weight. Very hesitant to dish out 150 just to be disappointed in the shape.

I have a habit of gripping my mouse in an awful way that only works on the WMO. Since my thumb rests towards the top of my mouse sidebuttons become a problem.

Like a bunch of people I just want a WMO with a better sensor. Don't get why it's not even a niche product. I've tried 6 mice so far in my search and they all result in hand pain after a few weeks of use. Wider mice such as the G402 have the same issue for me, but it takes longer for pain to become a problem.

I have the 2014(I know it's quite different) and I felt I needed some more support in the back; same issues I had with the ZA12 shape minus the sidebuttons. Can def see how people like it though ignoring the 1800 dpi limitation.

Team work, so no problems. Try it off of Amazon if you are in the states, great return police. 30 days with the mouse should give you enough to know if you wanna keep it. I personally feel the shape is amazing.

Preferably get rid of the braided cable altogether and to replace it with a rubber cable similar to the ones Zowie uses.

Actually, we though about this and decided that the braided cable last longer. We tested the rubber cable and found there to be higher possibility of quality issues. So we will stick with braided. About the scratching on the mousepad we tried to adjust the angle just slightly, because anything more will require a new mold, but we would recommend a mouse bungee which seems to solve all problems.

I read this as:

"We/our manufacturer have a significant supply deal/backstock for braided cables. We also believe that braided cabling will be easier to market to the masses and are willing to completely ignore facts or feedback on the matter in exchange for more money."

I have literally never seen a mouse cable fail because the outside coating came off regardless of the material used. This includes mice that are a decade old.

Also anyone who plays low sens knows that cable bungees can only do so much. You need enough slack when playing low sens that you are going to have cable drag no matter what.

Interesting because I read it as they tested both cable and found that the braided lasts longer. they decided to go with that so they didn't get a bunch of people returning mice because the rubber jacket started to come off....

If they did test it, it would be nice to see what they actually tested and what the results were.
