Don't ever give up in trying........always fight the comfort of knowing that the G100S is the BEST you shall ever use.

FIGHT that need to be safely snuggled up against the only mouse, that has met all your aspirations.

FIGHT the illusion that there will be another serious contender to the G100S, always maintain the rage against the status quo hypocritesmiley.png .

I settled by hoping Logitech would make an reissue of the wheel mouse optical (Logitech's one, not Microsoft) for its 20th anniversary. So far, it works well. After 2019, I can't guarantee anything...

Thanks. We are honest and the original comment was half correct. Yes, we believe braided cable will be for more masses (to keep price down, we need more than a few pieces sold smile.gif). And yes, we believe it is higher quality based on our internal tests and will last long with aggressive movement. We also specifically choose the lightest braided cable to not interfere with gaming. Many people do not see this cable as an issue. The rubber one would be only very slightly more malleable.

The false part is, no we do not have overstock of the cable. We order the quantity needed for production each production run. Even if we had overstock, which we don't, we would use it on DM1 Pro as this is still being produced and will continue. It is an important model for us. That is why we are releasing a new firmware next week for DM1 Pro and DM2 Comfy because we believe in supporting our products.

Only hope you lot release an ACTUAL piece of Firmware, that fixes any problems or makes the sensor far better when used.

Don't go down CoolerMaster's Road of providing lame, useless firmware updates that do absolutely NOTHING. You have to be better than them 2cents.gif .

that's pretty much me, too. frown.gif
with the exception of your wireless mouse, and using G900 for a month (wired, w/o battery), but it's too tall up the front.

you don't have G100s with G303/G502 pcb in it right?

Maybe they weren't asked or registered, yet. helpinghand.gif

IMHO:
just leave it out! Braidings are just a pain for people with cloth pads and definately not an enrichment.

yeah, durability on braided cables is really poor, so you get fraying a lot which catches on the edges of hardpads, and catches on the fabric itself on top of cloth pads. it's really annoying tongue.gif even the most minor fraying is noticeable on either pad type.
