Can't add new products for review *UPDATED WITH NEW ISSUE*

  • What happened?
    When I try to add a new product to review, it hangs for a very long time and then redirects me to a page saying "We're currently updating the site. We'll be back up shortly, so come back soon!"


  • Are you able to reproduce this problem consistently?
    Yes

  • What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
    First I went to search for the product I wanted to review


    Then when I found it I clicked on the link to it


    It then picked the correct category and I pressed "Save and Continue"


    It stayed at that page for a few minutes before giving this



  • What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
    I expected it to successfully add the product to the OCN database

  • Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue:
    I tried it with 2 different products in two completely different categories. It appears that I can still manually add it, but that is much more work and may result in duplicates.

  • Browser, active browser addons, and operating system:
    Chrome with Adblock, Hangouts, AlienTube
    Windows 10
    It has worked previously in the past and I haven't changed anything about my browser or computer.


  • URL where the issue occurs:
    http://www.overclock.net/products/add/search/productCategory/674 with "Corsair K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Mechanical Gaming Keyboard" entered as the search string

    It fails here here
    http://www.overclock.net/products/add/import/ext_id/B01D8H09TS/datasourceid/2/productCategory/674

I'm getting the same thing when posting pictures from my local HD and I don't do reviews.

It looks to be a problem currently located to the reviews section only. I will see what our dev team can do to alleviate the issue.

I cannot confirm this as an issue currently as all seems to be working. Anyone else having issues ?

It appears to be working again... Must have just been a temporary outage.
